Mesh grating

PcP mesh gratings consist of support bars which lie in the direction of the span, as well as filler bars which lie across the support bars. Filler rods, whose height is less than that of the carrier rods, are pressed into specially shaped, hollowed-out folds in the carrier rods under great pressure. This operation binds the different staves together in a grid. As finishing edges and to stabilize, the grid is provided with edge steel on the 4 sides.

PcP metal gratings, in its most common applications, helps to keep workers and visitors in a facility safe, providing a stable flooring base and traction when walking at ground level and, especially, at heights. Produced by perforating metal sheets or joining bars of metal to form a grid. Also widely used in various industries as stairs, platforms, scaffolding, and protective coverings.
